When I first considered running for Congress, I asked myself: What can I do to provide the most good for the most people?
What can I do to provide for our working families, veterans, women, children, people of color, LGBTQ people, seniors, and small business entrepreneurs? What can I do to safeguard the vulnerable and disenfranchised among us?
When I listened to people’s stories and heard about their struggles, their accomplishments, and their dreams, I learned that people want security and a fair chance to provide for themselves and their families. That's what I can do. I can run for Congress to help people get that fair chance.
As your representative in Congress, I will work for the people of the 6th District to make the American promise of Security, Opportunity, and Prosperity available to all.
